Center for TMJ and Sleep Apnea Cancellation Policy
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to be rescheduled and may result in a cancellation fee. Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation charges. Please be advised that any missed or no-show appointments will result in a $75 charge. This fee will be automatically billed to the card on file on the same day the appointment was missed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
